Our relationships with wholesalers and corporate donors make your donated dollars go further. For each diaper you buy at a store, we can purchase three through a wholesaler.

DBNC partners with community organizations to distribute baby diapers, period products, and adult incontinence supplies to families experiencing poverty in North Carolina.

Diaper Bank of North Carolina . . .

  • Covers more than 9,000 babies each month across North Carolina, making us one of the largest diaper banks in the United States.
  • Provides period products for students at more than 300 public schools.
  • Provides incontinence supplies for about 760 seniors each month.
  • Our mobile program, the Essentials Hub, distributes diapers and period products directly to public housing communities in Durham and Wilmington every month.
  • Is a statewide organization with four branches - Triangle, Greater Charlotte, Greater Triad, and Lower Cape Fear. We are proud to partner with over 120 nonprofit organizations in 65 counties.
  • Is the only diaper bank to have published research about diaper need and how our work impacts families.
